1.4. The Website is the official portfolio and informational resource of Aiziya Interiors. It is intended to introduce Users to the Operator’s approach, examples of interior solutions, cooperation formats and contact information.
1.5. Relations arising from use of the Website are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Copyright and Related Rights”, and applicable legislation on personal data, advertising and consumer protection.
SECTION 02
2.1. By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, understand their contents and agree to comply with them.
2.2. A User who disagrees with any provision of these Terms must discontinue use of the Website and refrain from submitting enquiries through its forms.
2.3. The User is solely responsible for obtaining the device, software and Internet access required to use the Website and bears all related costs.
2.4. A User acting on behalf of an organisation or another person confirms that they have sufficient authority to submit the enquiry and provide the relevant information.

The Website materials, package descriptions and any stated prices do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.2. The published information does not express an unconditional intention by the Operator to enter into a contract with any person on identical terms and does not establish the final price, timeframe or scope of services for a particular project.
3.3. Final cooperation terms are determined individually after discussion of the property, area, location, technical condition, scope of work, schedule, budget, User requirements and other material circumstances.
3.4. The Operator may change service descriptions, package contents, prices, visual materials and other information at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not affect the terms of an already executed written contract.

4.3. A service contract is concluded separately, generally in writing, after agreement on the material terms, scope of work, price, schedule, payment procedure, rights to work results and other conditions of the particular project.
4.4. The User must provide accurate, current contact details belonging to the User and must not impersonate another person or use a third party’s contact details without a lawful basis.
4.5. The Operator may decline to respond to enquiries containing inaccurate information, spam, advertising, insults, threats, malicious attachments, unlawful demands or messages unrelated to the studio’s activities.
4.6. Correspondence, preliminary consultations, calculations and commercial proposals do not themselves replace a written contract unless the Operator expressly confirms otherwise in a signed document.

10.3. The Operator may fully or partially discontinue the Website, change its structure, domain name, content or available functions without assuming an obligation to continue providing free access to the informational resource.
10.4. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
